Doujen Moe is a cultural movement and a fan-driven idea that combines two main ideas: works made by fans on their own, and a certain emotional style based on Japanese pop culture. The first part, which is often written as “doujin” or “doujinshi,” refers to manga, comics, novels, or other visual works that are self-published or made by fans outside of the mainstream publishing business.
